  • Where are you located? Do you deliver?

    I am located in Mountain House, CA near Livermore and Tracy. Pick up for custom orders will be arranged the Monday prior to your requested pick up date. Pick up dates can vary, I do try to remain flexible to accomodate your schedule but do ask for minimum 3 working days prior to pickup. Delivery is sometimes an option depending on availability. In the event that I am able to deliver, the delivery charge is $30 added to the total of your order.

  • How do I place a custom order?

    Custom order requests can be placed under the Custom Cookie Inquiry tab on my website. Once you submit all of your information, I will email you back within 2-3 business days to further assist in getting you the most accurate quote.

  • How far in advance do I need to submit my Custom Cookie Inquiry?

    As soon as you are interested in custom cookies! Cookies take a ton of preparation and planning so at least 2 weeks notice is required. In the event that I am able to take your order with less than 2 weeks notice, there is a $20 per dozen rush fee added to the total of your order.

  • How long will the cookies last?

    🍪 Room Temperature Storage

    The cookies are made with shelf-stable ingredients and do not require refrigeration. When stored in an airtight container at room temperature (away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight), they will remain fresh for 2 to 3 weeks.

    That said, for the very best texture and flavor, I recommend enjoying them within 7–10 days of pickup.

  • Can I freeze my cookies?

    ❄️ Freezing for Later Use

    If you’d like to store them for longer, the cookies freeze beautifully for up to 3 months. To freeze properly:

    Keep them in their original heat-sealed packaging, or wrap them individually in plastic wrap and place in an airtight, freezer-safe container.

    When ready to serve, let them thaw at room temperature while still sealed to avoid condensation on the icing.

  • Do you offer gluten-free cookies?

    Currently, we do not offer gluten-free cookies but it is something that we will hopefully be able to offer in the future.

  • When is payment due?

    Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. Payment of your invoice will confirm your order and reserve your pick up date on my calendar. Failure to pay your invoice within 72 hours will result in cancellation of your order.

  • Do you ship your cookies?

  • Booking & Payment Policy

    Deposit Requirement
    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your order. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

    Final Payment
    The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup. Orders will not be released without full payment.

    Cancellations & Refunds
    All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled pickup date. Late cancellations may be subject to full payment depending on the progress of the order.

    Order Changes
    Requests to change your order (flavor, quantity, design, pickup date or time) must be made at least 5 days before your pickup date. While I’ll do my best to accommodate changes, they are not guaranteed.

    Pickup Policy
    Please arrive on time for your scheduled pickup. If you’re running late, notify me as soon as possible. Orders not picked up within 2 hours of the agreed time may be considered forfeited unless prior arrangements are made.
