Pre-Sale Booking & Payment Policy
Quantities are produced in advance based on orders received.
Payment: Full payment is requested at the time of invoice to reserve your items for Pre-Sale events via Venmo @nicolierose, Zelle 510-209-4183 Nicole Lassallette, or cash. Orders are produced based on presale quantities reserved.
Refunds / Changes: Due to the nature of presale orders and advance production planning, payments are non-refundable once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Final Count: Quantities are finalized at the time of invoice for presale orders. Additional items may be available if time and materials allow but are not guaranteed.
Confirmation: Orders are considered confirmed once payment is received. Production begins based on confirmed presale orders.
